TRENDS: Baton Rouge-area apartment rents up, vacancies down

Capital Region apartment vacancies came down over the past year and rents shot up, reversing the pre-pandemic trend, according to data Baton Rouge-based real estate appraisers Cook, Moore, Davenport and Associates compiled.
