A 20-acre tract within the Conway Development has sold.

Bauerle Road Land LLC, represented by Toby Easterly, bought the land from Heritage Acquisition Company LLC for $5 million, according to an agreement filed Tuesday with the Ascension Parish Clerk of Court’s office.

George Walker represented the seller in the transaction. The land is part of the Village at Conway Phase 1-B off of La. 44, between Lakehaven Drive and Conway Village Boulevard, according to the sales documents.

Business filings with the Secretary of State’s office list Stoa Holdings LLC as the officer of Bauerle Rd Land LLC. Saun Sullivan, Easterly and Ryan Nash are the listed officers of Stoa Holdings LLC.

The Village at Conway is one of two residential communities within the larger Conway mixed-use development. The other is The Reserve at Conway.

Builders in the community include Aucoin Homes, Level Homes, Shivers Brothers, Rabalais Homes LLC, Waguespack Homes LLC and L.R. Mitchell Construction.

Upon completion, the Conway development is expected to comprise around 1,000 homes.
