Personal motto:
“Confidence shared is better than confidence only in yourself.”
Most important quality for a leader:
Organization and planning. Our most basic task as an industry is the organization and conveyance of information. I try to lead by example and share my strategies for organization and planning.
One thing that would make the Capital Region a better place to live or do business:
More engagement with our universities. We have a lot of talent here, and keeping young professionals in town is critical to progress.
How I inspire my team:
I strive to lead by example, demonstrating consistency and taking pride in everything I do, even in the smallest details.
