Business Report and Junior Achievement of Greater Baton Rouge & Acadiana this morning announced the individuals and companies to be honored at the 33rd Annual Business Awards and Hall of Fame gala in March. The 2016 honorees, as selected by a panel of six independent judges, are:

• Hall of Fame Laureates: Billy Heroman, founder of Billy Heroman’s; and Janice Pellar, chair emeritus of EMCO Technologies
• Businessperson of the Year: Eddie Rispone, co-founder and chairman of ISC Constructors
• Young Businessperson of the Year: Bin Yu, founder of HitLights
  
• Company of the Year (100 or more employees): Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers
• Company of the Year (fewer than 100 employees): Marucci Sports

This year’s honorees will be profiled in the March 1 issue of Business Report and honored at the gala on Thursday, March 17. Get tickets for the gala.
