    TV broadcasts: Gray Media is launching a new multistate distribution venture called Gulf Coast Sports & Entertainment Network to broadcast non-national Pelicans NBA games. The new network will broadcast free, over-the-air and be made available on a variety of pay-TV platforms through Gray’s television stations in Baton Rouge, Shreveport, Lake Charles, Monroe and Alexandria as well as stations in Mississippi and south Alabama.     Pay raise: AT&T workers with the Communication Workers of America in Louisiana are set to receive a nearly 20% pay raise after union workers in Alabama went on strike for the past month. The AT&T Southeast union contract covers workers in Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Kentucky and North Carolina. Read more from The Center Square
