    Local hospitals are ramping up their push into the Baton Rouge suburbs, zeroing in on high-growth areas to build new health care facilities or expand existing operations.

    As Business Report features in its latest issue, fast-growing parishes such as Livingston and Ascension are seeing large-scale health care investments. Many Baton Rouge hospitals have reached capacity and view building new facilities in suburban areas as the way to bring care closer to where patients live.
