Here’s the latest on the Conway Village retail development

The first phase of the Conway Village Center, the retail development located at the entrance of the Conway master-planned community, is 100% leased, according to an announcement from Elifin Realty.

Tenants in Phase I include Library Wine & Provisions, Cypress Physical Therapy, Distilled Luxe Boutique, Distilled Hair Co. & Salon, Faithful Friends Animal Hospital and Mitch Mula – State Farm.

Construction of Phase II is complete and available for lease. Em Nails has already opened in Phase II, with several retail suites still available in white box or shell condition.

There are also build-to-suit opportunities for two outparcel pads located on either end of the center.

Will Chadwick of Elifin handles the leasing for the development.

The Conway Village Center sits across from Oak Lake, a residential development with over 160 homes. It is integrated into the heart of Conway, a 344-acre traditional neighborhood development with over 200 homes built or under construction and a total of 1,000 homes planned between the Reserve at Conway and Village at Conway neighborhoods. Home prices range from $300,000 to $1 million.

The Conway community features 46 acres of lakes, jogging trails, parks, commercial amenities and a central town square.
