The Trends in Baton Rouge Real Estate seminar returns on Thursday providing a breakdown of the local real estate market.
The annual event at L’Auberge Baton Rouge features a series of panels examining each real estate sector: single-family residential, multifamily, office, industrial, finance and retail.
Paige Carter, chief business development officer, and Ileana Ledet, chief economic competitiveness officer, both with the Office of Louisiana Economic Development, will serve as the event’s keynote speakers and share insights on some of the transformative projects in the works for the state and local community.
The event, hosted by the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors’ Commercial Investment Division, kicks off with breakfast at 7:30 a.m., with the program running from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event draws in nearly 1,000 real estate industry professionals each year.
