Architecture and Design

Jerry Blanchard has joined WHL Architecture as senior project manager. Blanchard has 35 years’ experience as an architect in the Capital Region, including 12 years at LSU, where he oversaw the design and construction of all campus facilities. He also served as associate athletic director for athletic facilities for six years.

Financial and Insurance

Greg Hodges was named vice president at Hancock Bank. Hodges previously served as a community business banker for Hancock’s Baton Rouge Metro division. He is headquartered at the Zachary branch.

Deborah Scott was named vice president at Hancock Bank. Scott previously served as compliance manager. She joined Hancock 18 years ago during its merger with Bank and Commerce Trust of St. Francisville and has also served as a data processing manager and branch operations manager. She works at the Denham Springs annex.

Toni Singleton was named vice president at Hancock Bank. Singleton has more than 24 years’ experience in banking. She previously served as manager of Hancock Bank’s Ray Weiland and Mid City branches.

Brad Bourg has been named director, business development for Peters Wealth Advisors. Bourg has more than 10 years’ experience in corporate business development and management, including jobs with Johnson & Johnson and, most recently, Boston Scientific.

Benjamin Cavin was named branch manager of Regions Bank’s New Roads location on Hospital Road. Cavin oversees all aspects of the branch, including consumer and small business relationships, account management and new business development.

Nonprofit

Bob Breaux was named chief operating officer of the Louisiana Association of Nonprofit Organizations. Breaux previously owned Total Computer Systems, and he recently was named the 2008 Small Business Champion in Louisiana by the National Federation of Independent Business.

Utilities

Katherine Mosely has joined Entergy Gulf States’ governmental affairs team. Mosely, a lobbyist and former investigative television news reporter, previously worked for KB Governmental Relations, where she lobbied the Legislature on behalf of corporate clients.
