William E. Balhoff was named managing director and CEO of Postlethwaite & Netterville. Balhoff joined the firm in 1976 and became a director in 1986. He has been named one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the accounting profession by Accounting Today and has recently served as a Board Member of the AICPA, which has a national membership of more than 340,000 CPAs.
Communication
Jeanne DeJean joined Cox Business as inside sales manager. DeJean previously served at AT&T Wireless as district retail manager for more than 15 stores across Louisiana. Before that, she managed the corporate outside sales team in the New Orleans region.
Mark Perryman was named outside sales manager for Cox Business. Perryman has served as a senior account executive for the past seven years. He previously served as director of operations and project manager for Granwood Floor Constructors.
Financial and Insurance
Nicole Achee was named commercial real estate relationship manager for Regions Bank. Achee previously served as the company’s commercial credit underwriter for the Baton Rouge market. In her new role, she will oversee managing commercial real estate relationships, account management and new business development.
Trey Castleberry was named vice president of marketing for Neighbors Federal Credit Union. Castleberry has more than 10 years’ experience in the finance, tourism and retail industries. He is involved with the Baton Rouge Area Chamber, Ascension Chamber of Commerce and CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council.
Ronald Foshee joined Britton & Koontz Bank as vice president at its Bluebonnet Boulevard location. Foshee has 22 years’ experience with banks in Louisiana and Mississippi and specializes in residential construction and commercial lending. He previously worked for Hancock Bank.
Michael P. Nizzo has joined Business First Bank as vice president of commercial lending. Nizzo previously served as vice president with First American Bank.
Technology
Richard Carbo was named director of communications for the Louisiana Technology Park. Carbo previously served as assistant press secretary to former Gov. Kathleen Blanco and as a communications assistant for the University of Louisiana System Office.
