How Level Homes is expanding its footprint in Livingston Parish

Local homebuilder Level Homes is expanding its footprint in Livingston Parish after buying lots in the Highlandia development in Denham Springs.

The builder has purchased four lots in the community and plans to acquire more in the future. The Highlandia community is north of Interstate 12 off Highlandia Drive and Cane Market Road. Level Homes will offer a variety of homes in the development, including waterfront properties.

The new lots will be available for presale in the coming months.

“We’ve had many people asking for us to build in Denham Springs for years, and we’re thrilled to finally be able to offer our homes in this great community,” Jennifer Waguespack, director of sales at Level Homes, said in a prepared statement.

The builder also has homes in another Livingston Parish community—Bruce’s Harbor in Springfield.

The homebuilder bought 12 lots in the Village at Conway development in Gonzales for $948,000 in February and purchased a 45-acre tract, including over 80 lots, earlier this year for $8.2 million as part of the second filing for its Delaune Estates community in Prairieville.
