The property housing Agave Blue Tequila & Taco Bar in the Heritage Crossing mixed-use development has been sold.
Rubmaro Heritage LLC, represented by Agavo Blue co-owner Sergio Rubio, acquired it from Heritage Partners LLC for $2.6 million, according to a sale filed last week with the Ascension Parish Clerk of Court’s Office.
Ronnie Daigle and Miles Holley represented the seller in the transaction.
Located on St. Roch Avenue in Gonzales, the restaurant opened in March and marks Agave Blue’s newest location in the Capital Region. The first Agave Blue opened in Prairieville on Airline Highway in 2015, followed by a second location in the Americana development in Zachary in 2021.
Heritage Crossing is also home to other well-known tenants, including Sonny’s BBQ, Crumbl Cookie, Five Guys, Alexander’s Heritage Market, and the 25,000-square-foot Price LeBlanc PACE Center.
