Global real estate firm CBRE recently enhanced its Louisiana presence by adding a Baton Rouge office with a nine-person team.
The team is led by industry veterans Ty Gose and Michael Cashio, who joined CBRE as senior vice presidents.
The office, located on Siegen Lane near the intersection of Highland Road, opened May 5.
Gose and Cashio have a combined 33 years of experience in commercial brokerage at NAI Latter & Blum. Over the last several years, the two have completed more than $1.5 billion in transactions.
“Establishing a Baton Rouge office was a natural process,” says Peter Mainguy, CBRE market leader overseeing the Houston and Louisiana markets. “Our corporate clients were taking us increasingly to Louisiana, and as part of that process, we partnered a lot with Ty Gose and Michael Cashio to help service our corporate clients … so it helps us better serve our clients by having them formally join CBRE and have direct access to our platform.”
The Baton Rouge CBRE team will focus on commercial sales and leasing along the Interstate 10 and 12 corridors and throughout the state. This addition will enhance CBRE’s presence in Louisiana, complementing the existing New Orleans office.
“Part of the strategy here with the group we brought on was making sure it was a full-service offering,” Mainguy says. “We’re really excited to showcase to the Baton Rouge market what CBRE can do with our platform, and all the unique specializations we bring.”
CBRE Group Inc., a Dallas-based Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm based on 2024 revenue. The company has over 140,000 employees serving clients in more than 100 countries.
