    Elevate Your Leadership event focuses on disruption and building great customer experiences

    Building great customer experiences and disruption are the focus of Business Report‘s 2023 Elevate Your Leadership & Your Team event.

    Swoz Consulting CEO Scott Wozniak, who has worked with leading brands Chick-fil-A and Disney, will lead “Great Leaders Build Great Customer Experiences,” while bestselling author and entrepreneur Patrick Leddin will lead “Step Up and Disrupt: Trust Your Gut, Take a Risk and Change the World.”

    Wozniak has consulted with leaders on six continents working in multibillion-dollar global companies, software start-ups, Ivy League universities, and national healthcare initiatives. For eight years, he was an in-house consultant at Chick-fil-A headquarters, working directly with their top leaders on company strategy and leading the implementation of major change programs. He is the author of How to Fail as a Leader and The Cornerstone Path.

    Bestselling author and entrepreneur Patrick Leddin

    Leddin’s global leadership experience ranges from leading soldiers as a U.S. Army airborne infantry ranger-qualified platoon leader to working with senior corporate leaders for KPMG Consulting and FranklinCovey and organizations like General Electric, Samsung, The U.S. Secret Service, Ecolab, and others. He is the author of the Wall Street Journal bestseller, The 5-Week Leadership Challenge: 35 Action Steps to Become the Leader You Were Meant to Be and other titles. At Vanderbilt University, he teaches negotiation, advanced marketing and crisis leadership.
