River Homes owner Thomas Schumacher tells Daily Report that he reached out to a local hospitality group roughly two months ago to gauge interest in the properties that River Homes manages. However, the other group is no longer interested in a deal, one of that company’s executives tells Daily Report.
Schumacher incorporated River Homes in fall 2020 and launched the company in early 2021 with co-founder Elizabeth Koke.
River Homes, which is based in New Roads, offers rental and property management for houses in the False River area.
