    Luncheon speaker: Major Tanner Jenkins, chief of the Gang Intelligence and Enforcement Division at the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office, will be the featured speaker at the Rotary Club of Baton Rouge luncheon on Wednesday. Jenkins will discuss the Sheriff’s Office’s response to the fentanyl crisis and its strategy for combating the drug’s impact on the community. The Rotary Club of Baton Rouge meets at noon each Wednesday at Drusilla Seafood.
