Imaging company purchases industrial property near Airline

A Baton Rouge-based diagnostic and imaging company purchased an industrial property on Cloverland Court near Airline Highway for $1 million, according to a deal filed Wednesday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office.

Cardio Health Solutions LLC, represented by former LSU football player Ron Sancho, purchased the property from Properties at United LA LLC.

Michael Borne with Borne 2 Sell Realty brokered the deal for the buyer. Cole Brewton and Nick Tuleu with Elifin Realty represented the seller.

The 6,935-square-foot building was formerly occupied by United Towing and Transport. Brewton says the company’s plans changed, and it no longer had a use for the building after two years at the site.

Sancho founded Cardio Health Solutions in 2013. It provides cardiopulmonary exercise testing equipment and cardiac positron emission tomography to cardiology clinics in Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.
