Louisiana, Amtrak sign agreement for passenger rail between Baton Rouge, New Orleans

Gov. John Bel Edwards and Amtrak Chief Executive Officer Stephen Gardner joined other officials to sign a service development agreement that will advance the return of intercity passenger rail service between Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
