Cassidy, Kennedy propose capping annual flood insurance rate hikes at 9%

Louisiana’s U.S. senators have joined several colleagues in proposing legislation to reauthorize the National Flood Insurance Program for five years while making changes that would include capping annual price increases at 9%.
