Why do you do what you do?
I love working with people. At P&N, I have the opportunity to work with so many talented people to solve the business issues of our clients. I also have the opportunity to interact with some of the top business leaders in our state.
What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
Making director at P&N. It was the first time I felt like I was a peer to some of the top people in our profession.
What was your first job?
Working for the Bahlinger's at Kornmeyer's Furniture. It was my first exposure to having the goal of providing quality customer service.
What is the best advice you've ever received?
Mr. Postlethwaite taught me that by focusing on delivering quality service to clients, all other goals would take care of themselves.
What is the greatest personal or professional obstacle you've overcome?
Growing up one of 11 children.

Don't focus on the negative and try not to judge other people.

That we don't improve our literacy ratio.
