|Paul Ryan has a complicated record with little compromise in House|
(From The Washington Post) Rep. Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney’s running mate, has been described in the past few days as a combination of two congressional ideals. Tea Party activists say he is an uncompromising budget-cutter. Romney himself says Ryan is a deal-maker, able to find common ground with Democrats.
Over a complicated, contradictory career in the House, Ryan (R-Wisc.) has done plenty to prove them both wrong.
