LSU-Southern baseball game moved to Tuesday
LSU's home baseball game with Southern University has moved up a day, from Wednesday night to Tuesday at 5 p.m., because of projected severe storms in the Baton Rouge area. LSU officials say they're rescheduling the game to give both teams the best chance to get the game in. Tickets already issued for Wednesday's game will be good on Tuesday. The 5 p.m. start means Tiger fans can catch the baseball game and then make their way over to the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in time for the 8:30 p.m. start of the Lady Tigers' game against Penn State in the second round of the NCAA women's tourney. The current forecast calls for a 70% chance of rain and potential for severe storms on Wednesday, while there's a 50% chance of rain with scattered showers possible on Tuesday.
Today’s poll question: How far do you think the Lady Tigers will go in the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament this year?
