Tom Cook: Reynolds, Sumrow & Scruggs gets new home

Bruce and Linda MacMorran own a partial interest in Reynolds, Sumrow & Scruggs Real Estate Company, and they purchased a new building on Sunray Avenue for the business to reside in. The good-quality building was purchased in March for $225,000 and contains 2,870 square feet, so the sale price works out to $78.39 per square foot. Recently, Matt Hughes became a part owner in Reynolds, Sumrow & Scruggs and represented the company in the transaction. The price is an excellent buy for this quality office building that will only require a little renovation before the real estate company can occupy it.
